Built for the developer Boffo Family of Companies, these 26 townhomes, again are only made possible by piggybacking two townhomes over the same site area. One with a lower entry off the street, the other with a raised entry off the raised interior courtyard.
The developer originally discussed pursuing a victorian row house mass-
ing, but opted later for a more west-coast type of building style (complete with the traditional cheaper cladding on all facades not visible from the street).
The allowed density of 52 units per acre was acheived for the site, with-out detracting from the quality of comfort and luxury in the townhome.
