Curently in the Development Permit stage after receiving unanimous support at both the Urban Design Panel and Council. This project of 59 units for RDG Management is located on the Cambie corridor.

Located at the intersection of 28th Avenue and Cambie Street, this property enjoys the large green expanse of Queen Elizabeth park across the intersection.   Large wrap-around private roof decks for both level 6 and 7 penthouse units take advantage of this view to the south and the stunning city views to the north.

In order to soften the 150' long facade along Cambie Street, I broke the large lower mass into two unequal blocks (one white brick, the other dark metal).

Two large pilasters were added to the top two penthouse floors to create what appear to be of a series of three individual penthouse level townhomes, each with its own roof (I used the pillasters to separate the 150' long roof into three).

Unlike a number of residential building currently in the construction phase along Cambie, RDG have decided for concrete construction.

This will be a LEED gold certified building upon completion.
