As it's name would suggest, this storage unit opens up much like the two shifting, interlocking pieces of a matchbox : by extending these two, independent parts, the storage space inside is revealed.
Metal sliders attached to the under-side of each component allow for the
table to extend from a closed block to an open, extended table with ample storage.
Contrasting material finish for both the interior and exterior table surface enhance the difference between the two opposite states of the table.
