This project was well received by the city of Vancouver, and was allowed to bypass the UDP process and proceed straight to staff approval.  

Located on a steep drop in terrain overlooking False Creek to the north with the city and mountains providing a backdrop,  I separated these luxury townhomes into five levels, providing each with a huge, outdoor north (view)

facing roof deck overlapping the townhome below.  A brutal, expressive concrete was to lend the form a nat-ural appearance, akin to a genuine outcrop of naked rock on the brow of a hill.

Site, top quality materials and fixtures help make this one of my personal favourite in the last few years. Unfor-tunately the project was passed on to a co-worker due to conflicting project deadlines.
