Set on the shore of the Burrard Inlet in West Vancouver, this two storey beach house with tanked basement enjoys incredible views of the sea, rugged coast and distant views of the city. The basement is located below the high tide level and is used as a recreational space, sauna and large wine cellar.
Exterior materials that blend with the surrounding housing were chosen as per client's wishes.
Unusual for this project was our invol-vement in the pool and landscaping of the site as this is normally not in our scope of work. We worked directly with the pool consultant and trades.
